Shenzen Fusion City là dự án hợp tác đầu tiên giữa Archiheart Project Consulting Agency (Archiheart PCA) và IdeaCreative LLC (PRC) về thể hiện diễn họa phối cảnh dự án. Shenzen Fusion City được nghiên cứu đầu tư bởi Xihai Holdings (PRC), thiết kế quy hoạch bởi IdeaCreative LLC và thể hiện diễn họa phối cảnh bởi Archiheart PCA trên quy mô 80ha. Với các hạng mục: Phức hợp cao ốc văn phòng hạng A – chung cư cao cấp, khách sạn 5 sao, trung tâm thương mại tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, công viên nội khu, phố thương mại, quảng trường. Các tiện ích như: Siêu thị, trường học từ mẫu giáo đến trung học phổ thông, trung tâm hội nghị. Với tổng mức đầu tư dự kiến trên 3 tỷ USD.

Shenzen Fusion City is the first collaborative project between Archiheart Project Consulting Agency (Archiheart PCA) and IdeaCreative LLC (PRC) on visual demonstration of the project. Shenzen Fusion City is researched and invested by Xihai Holdings (PRC), designed and planned by IdeaCreative LLC and presented by Archiheart PCA on an 80-hectare perspective. With items: Grade A office complex – luxury apartment building, 5-star hotel, international standard trade center, internal park, commercial street, square. Facilities such as: Supermarket, school from kindergarten to high school, conference center. With a total estimated investment of over 3 billion USD.

Tọa lạc tại thành phố Thâm Quyến, nơi được xem là thung lũng Silicone của châu Á, là trung tâm công nghệ & sản xuất hàng đầu tại Trung Quốc. Shenzen Fusion City ra đời sẽ là mô hình đô thị thông minh ứng dụng hàng loạt công nghệ tối tân trong quản lý vận hành và phục vụ đời sống dân cư tại đây. Sau khi được phê duyệt đầu tư, Xihai Holdings dự kiến triển khai trong Q2/2021 và hoàn thành 6 giai đoạn đầu tư trong vòng 72 tháng.
